Rear

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel.
2. On models with rear disc brakes, remove caliper and brake rotor.

CAUTION: It is not necessary to disconnect hydraulic line from caliper. Support caliper aside to prevent hydraulic line damage.

3. On models with rear drum brakes, remove brake drum retainer, then drum.
4. Remove and discard rear axle wheel hub retainer, then remove wheel hub.

CAUTION: Do not use an impact wrench to loosen retainer. Spindle damage may result.

5. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten new hub retainer to 170-192 ft lb and wheel lug nuts to 62 ft lb.
