Safety Belt Twisted at Safety Belt Guide

NOTE: The lap/shoulder safety belts are factory-installed in their proper locations. If the belts are removed for any reason, they should be installed as outlined in the Service and Repair procedures. The 7/16 x 20 Torx head anchor bolts must be hand-started and tightened to 34-46 Nm (25-33 lb ft).





1. Grasp belt webbing at the front safety belt guide.
2. Rotate and fold belt webbing over itself as required to remove the twist.
3. Feed the folded portion of the belt through the front safety belt guide.





4. Safety belt tongue should face outward when completed.
