LABOR ALLOWANCES





To satisfy customers and to simplify the repair decision for dealers, two previous labor operations have been eliminated from the program. Chemically flushing the cooling system, in conjunction with the use of the cooling system additive, provides the best long term repair effectiveness for this condition.

The labor operations listed include the addition of the 6 quarts of cooling system fluid and 1 pint of cooling system additive.

Extraordinary expenses associated with coolant disposal may be included on the claim. Supporting documentation justifying these costs must be maintained and are subject to audit.
