Heater and A/C Inlet Duct Door

REMOVAL





1. Remove the A/C recirculating air duct. A/C Recirculating Air Duct
2. Remove one screw retaining the heater and A/C air inlet duct door to the door crank arm.
3. Pull the heater and A/C air inlet duct door from the crank arm and remove the heater and A/C air inlet duct door from the A/C recirculating air duct.

INSTALLATION
1. Position the heater and A/C air inlet duct door in the A/C recirculating air duct through the dash panel inlet opening.
2. Install one screw to retain the heater and A/C air inlet duct door to the crank arm.
3. Check the heater and A/C air inlet duct door for freedom of movement. Correct any sticking, binding or grabbing condition.
4. Install the A/C recirculating air duct in the vehicle. A/C Recirculating Air Duct
5. Check the system for proper operation.
