Outside Rear View Mirror - Power

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove front door trim panel.
3. Remove push pin from rear view mirror mounting hole cover. Remove screw under push pin. Remove rear view mirror mounting hole cover.
4. Remove wiring guides as necessary.

5. Remove the three outside rear view mirror retaining nuts and remove the outside rear view mirror guiding the wiring and connectors through the hole in the front door.

INSTALLATION
1. Guide wiring and connectors through the hole in the front door. Position outside rear view mirror and install the three retaining nuts. Tighten to 8-10 Nm (71-88 Lb-In).
2. Position and install all wiring guides.
3. Connect outside rear view mirror assembly wiring at its connectors.
4. Install rear view mirror mounting hole cover. Install retaining screw and push pin.
5. Install front door trim panel.
6. Connect all electrical connectors to window regulator switch plate. Install window regulator switch plate to armrest.
7. On driver door, install outside rear view mirror remote control nut to outside rear view mirror control.
8. Connect battery ground cable.
