Electronic Door Lock Control System

The electronic door lock control system has four main components:
^ The electronic door look control processor located under the RH instrument panel behind the glove compartment.
^ The alarm and lock system antenna, located behind the RH roof side inner front moulding.
^ Four button (hand-held) keyless entry remote transmitter.
^ Central timer module located in the fuse junction panel.

The keyless entry remote transmitter performs the following functions:
^ Unlocking driver front door.
^ Unlocking all doors.
^ Unlocking luggage compartment door.
^ Locking all doors.
^ Activating and deactivating panic security feature which sounds horn and flashes the parking lamps.

Inputs and Outputs
The electronic door lock control system receives inputs from the following:
^ Ignition switch.
^ Power door lock switches.
^ Lamp Switch.
^ Door open warning lamp switches.
^ Program connector.
^ Keyless entry remote transmitter(s).
The electronic door lock control system distributes output to the following:
^ Central timer module (interior lighting).
^ power door lock actuators.
^ Luggage compartment door lock solenoid.
^ Horn relay.
