Front

REMOVAL
1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
2. Remove wheel and tire assembly.
3. Remove front wheel knuckle.





4. Using Front Hub Remover/Replacer T81P-1104-C and Bearing Pulling Attachment D79L-4621-A or equivalent remove wheel hub from front wheel knuckle.
5. Remove inner and outer snap rings.
6. Remove front wheel bearing from front wheel knuckle.

INSTALLATION
1. Install outer snap ring.





2. Using a press and Pinion Bearing Cup Replacer T80T-4000-E, install front wheel bearing.
3. Install inner snap ring.





4. Install wheel hub using Threaded Drawbar T75T-1176-A.
5. Install front wheel knuckle.
6. Install wheel and tire assembly. Tighten nuts to 85 Nm (63 ft. lbs.).
