Glass/Roof Panel
HEIGHTThe correct position of the roof sliding outer glass panel to the roof panel is as follows:
- front corners: flush to 1 mm (0.039 inch) below roof panel.
- rear corners: flush to 1 mm (0.039 inch) above roof panel.
1. Cycle roof sliding outer glass panel from full open to full closed position.
2. Remove three roof sliding panel opening shield retaining screws along front of the opening inside of vehicle and slide roof sliding panel opening shield and roof sliding panel headlining fully rearward to expose six roof sliding outer glass panel retaining screws (three on each side).
3. Loosen six roof sliding outer glass panel retaining screws. Tighten them so that they are snug but not tightened to specification.
4. To adjust only the front of roof sliding outer glass panel, loosen the center and front screws. If it is desired to adjust only the back of the roof sliding outer glass panel, loosen the center and rear screws.
5. To check height setting, open the roof sliding outer glass panel about 101 mm (4 inches) then return to the closed position.
6. Tighten the roof sliding outer glass panel retaining screws to 0.8-1.5 Nm (7-13 Lb-In).
7. Slide roof sliding panel opening shield forward and replace three retaining screws.
8. Close roof sliding panel headlining.
FORE-AND-AFT

2. Operate sliding roof sliding outer glass panel to the full-open position.
3. Loosen 3 screws retaining the adjustable roof sliding panel rails.
4. Locate and use the series of calibration marks at the front of each roof sliding panel rail. Adjust roof sliding outer glass panel fore or aft as required, making sure both roof sliding panel rails are uniform to calibration marks.
5. Tighten all retaining screws.
CAUTION: Hand-tighten all screws. DO NOT use air tools or damage to holes in roof sliding panel housing may occur.
