Wheel Turning Angle
DESCRIPTIONThe turning angle cannot be adjusted directly because it is a result of the combination of caster, camber and toe adjustments and should, therefore, be measured only after the toe adjustment has been made.
PROCEDURE
When the inside wheel is turned 20°, the turning angle of the outside wheel should be 18.25°. The turning angle cannot be adjusted directly because it is a result of the combination of caster, camber and toe adjustments and should therefore, be measured only after these adjustments have been made. If the turning angle does not measure to specification, check the suspension, front sub-frame or steering parts for a bent or loose condition.
