Oil Filter: Specifications

Method 1 *
Step 1: Hand-tighten until the gasket contacts the sealing surface.
Step 2: Turn it an additional 3/4-1 turn.

Method 2 *
Tighten to 13-15 Nm (10-11 ft. lbs.).

* Coat the sealing gasket with clean engine oil before installation.
