Rear






REMOVAL
1. Remove rear door trim panel and watershield.

CAUTION: Removal of the rear door glass run is recommended only if damage to the rear door glass run occurs. Due to the fragile make-up of the component, unnecessary removal may cause damage and/or breaks in the plastic pin track insert within the B- and C-pillar sections of the rear door glass run.

2. Lower window glass all the way.
3. Remove rear door glass outside weatherstrip by removing nut and disengaging clips.

NOTE: Outside belt weatherstrip plastic clips may break during removal.

4. Remove window garnish moulding.
5. Remove rear door glass inside weatherstrip by gently pulling from rear door flange.
6. Remove two rear door window stabilizer retaining screws, washer and rear door window stabilizer.
7. Remove rear door window glass.
8. Remove bolt retaining rear door glass run to inner door.







9. Remove rear door glass run from rear door by gently pulling rear door glass run from rear door and lifting out window opening.

INSTALLATION
1. Feed rear door glass run ends through window opening and into weatherstrip belt opening.
2. Position moulded B-pillar corner to upper corner of door frame and door top moulding.
3. Working from B-pillar corner to rear, use hand pressure to push rear door glass run into frame until flush with upper frame.
4. Working from top to bottom of B-pillar, use hand pressure to push rear door glass run as an assembly into B-pillar.
5. Working from top to bottom of C-pillar, use hand pressure to push rear door glass run into C-pillar.
6. Install rear door window glass.
7. Position rear door window glass at its lowest point. Install rear door glass run mounting bolt and tighten to 7-10 Nm (62-88 Lb-In).
8. Install rear door glass inside weatherstrip using hand pressure to push rear door glass inside weatherstrip onto door flange.
9. Install rear door glass outside weatherstrip by engaging retention clips using hand pressure.
10. Install retaining screw and washer. Tighten to 9-14 Nm (80-123 Lb-In).
11. Install rear door trim panel and watershield.
