- The rear disc brake system consists of solid rear disc brake rotors and single-piston rear disc brake calipers.
- The rear brake shoes and linings are held in position between the rear disc brake caliper and rear disc brake rotor by two guides, two shims and an M-spring.
- After initial setting, rear disc brake adjustment is maintained through periodic parking brake operation.

NOTE: It is important that the owner be aware that periodic use of the parking brake is essential for proper brake operation. The parking brake action adjusts the rear brake calipers
