B1- CHECK FOR MISADJUSTED PARKING BRAKE REAR CABLE AND CONDUITS
- Perform the parking brake initial adjustment procedure. Refer To
- Retest.
- Does the parking brake now release?
YES - Vehicle OK.
NO - Go to B2.

B2- CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARKING BRAKE REAR CABLE AND CONDUITS
- Inspect the parking brake rear cable and conduits for damage, rust, fraying, or cause of binding.
- Are the parking brake rear cable and conduits OK?
YES - Check for other causes such as loose parking brake control or conventional brake system components.
NO - Replace the damaged parking brake rear cable and conduits.Service and Repair
