Headlamp: Adjustments

1. Before beginning headlamp adjustment perform the following:
- Check for proper tire inflation.
- Fill the fuel tank.
- Remove excess cargo.
- Position the vehicle on a flat, level surface.
- Rock the vehicle by hand several times.







2. Adjust the headlamp vertical aim using the outboard headlamp adjusting screw.







3. Adjust the headlamp horizontal aim using the inboard headlamp adjusting screw.







4. Ensure the vertical aiming gauge is within two lines of "0" and the bar on the horizontal aiming gauge is on the "0".
