Removal

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.





3. Disconnect the power steering pressure hose at the steering gear.





4. Remove the strap holding the hoses to the steering gear housing and discard.





5. Disconnect the power steering pressure hose at the power steering pump. Cap the hose and pump.
6. Lower the vehicle.





7. Remove the (A) three bolts and remove the (B) power steering pressure hose and clamps.





8. Disconnect the two fuel charging wiring electrical connectors.





9. Remove the (A) bolt and position the (B) fuel charging wiring support bracket aside.





10. Disconnect the power steering pressure switch electrical connector.





11. Remove the lower power steering hose retaining bracket bolt.





12. Remove the (A) upper power steering hose retaining bracket screw and open the (B) bracket.





13. Remove the lower power steering hose clamp nut and separate the clamp from the hoses.





14. Remove the screw from the middle power steering pressure hose clamp and separate from the hoses.
15. Remove the power steering pressure hose from the vehicle.
16. Remove the O-ring seals and discard.
