Front

1. Raise and support the vehicle and remove the disc brake caliper and front disc brake rotor.
2. Position Dial Indicator with Bracketry TOOL-4201-C or equivalent to the wheel hub.
3. Push and pull the front wheel hub by hand in the axial direction and measure the wheel bearing play.
4. If the wheel bearing play exceeds 0.05 mm (0.002 inch), check and adjust the front axle wheel hub retainer torque or, if necessary, replace the front wheel bearing.
5. Install the front disc brake rotor and the disc brake caliper.
