Assembly

1. Use (A) Clutch Aligner T74P-7137-K or equivalent and position the (B) clutch disc on the on the flywheel.





2. Position the clutch pressure plate on the flywheel and install the six pressure plate bolts and tighten them in sequence to specification. Then remove the flywheel holding tool.

NOTE: If reusing clutch pressure plate and flywheel, align marks made during removal.

3. Install the transaxle.
4. Bleed the clutch hydraulic system and adjust the clutch pedal free play.
