Rear Window Wiper Blade and Pivot Arm Adjustment

1. Remove the rear window wiper output arm cover.

NOTE: If the rear window wiper pivot arm is slipping on the rear window wiper motor shaft, it can be removed, the shavings brushed away and reinstalled several times without replacing.







2. Remove the the rear window wiper pivot arm nut.
3. Pull upward and twist to remove the rear window wiper pivot arm.
4. Turn the windshield wiper/washer switch ON and allow the wiper pivot shafts to complete three to four cycles. Turn the windshield wiper/washer switch OFF.







5. Position the rear window wiper pivot arms so that the tip of the rear window wiper blade is seated just above the back window garnish moulding.
