Components

The passive anti-theft system (PATS) contains the following components:
- PATS module
- THEFT indicator in instrument cluster
- transceiver electronics
- powertrain control module (PCM)
- encoded ignition key
- J1850 standard corporate protocol (SCP) communications network
- data link connector (DLC).
