Throttle Position Sensor: Service and Repair

Throttle Position Sensor:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Disconnect Throttle Position sensor (TP sensor) from engine control sensor wiring.
3. Remove two throttle position sensor retaining screws.
4. Remove throttle position sensor.
5. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten retaining screws to 2.8-3.8 Nm (25-33 lb in).
