Flow of Diagnosis
1. Verify the customer concern by operating the power seat(s).2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage; review the following chart:
VISUAL INSPECTION CHART
Mechanical
^ Damaged switch(s).
^ Seat tracks obstructed or damaged.
^ Damaged hose(s).
^ Damaged back pad.
Electrical
^ Fuse 28 (30 A)
^ Damaged wiring harness.
^ Loose or corroded connections.
^ Damaged motor(s).
^ Damaged adjusting pump.
3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
