Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the fog lamps.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage; review the following chart

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Damaged light switch
^ Damaged direction indicator.

Electrical
^ Failed fuse(s).
^ Damaged wire harness.
^ Loose or corroded connectors.
^ Damaged fog lamp.

3. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
