Battery Tray

REMOVAL
1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the air cleaner.







3. Disconnect the battery cables from the clips.







4. Remove the rear battery mounting clamp bolt.
^ Push down, swing out to remove.







5. Remove the insulation pad from the battery tray.
1. Remove the securing strips.
2. Remove the insulation.







6. Disconnect the battery junction box.
1. Remove the cable ties.
2. Remove the retaining bolt.
^ Position the battery junction box aside.







7. Remove the four battery tray bolts and the battery tray.












INSTALLATION
1. To Install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Ensure the ground cables are clean of dirt and corrosion prior to installation.
