Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

1. Verify the customer concern.
2. Inspect for signs of mechanical damage using the following Visual Inspection Chart.
- Damaged or contaminated drive belt
- Drive belt tension
- Belt tensioner
- Pulleys

3. If a concern is not evident proceed to the Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
