NORMAL ORDERING: 2.5L Vehicles w/ Automatic Transmissions, Contour SVT, and all 2.0L Vehicles

Parts for the above vehicles will not be direct shipped for this recall. Order your parts requirement through normal order processing channels.





LOW VOLUME PROCESS: 2.5L Vehicles With Manual Transmission (Except SVT)

Parts for these vehicles will be shipped to your dealership based on the customer contacting the special recall 1-800 number. Parts Manager, please follow procedures for "Low Volume Recall Programs", DO NOT order parts except for dealership stock units. For dealer stock units call 1-800-248-0186.
