You must use OASIS to determine it a vehicle is eligible for this program.

NOTE:
This program will remain active in OASIS on each affected vehicle until the terms of this program have expired.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

OWNER REFUNDS
Ford Motor Company will only refund for owner-paid repairs to the blower resistor and attached wire connector if made before the date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer.)
