You must use OASIS to determine if a vehicle is eligible for this program.

NOTE:
This program will remain active in OASIS on each affected vehicle until the terms of this program have expired.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

^ Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information.

OWNER REFUNDS
Ford Motor will only refund for owner-paid repairs to the blower switch, resistor and attached wire connectors if made before the date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer.)
