Parts will not be direct shipped for this program. Order your parts requirement through normal order processing channels as noted.

When serving 1995 and 1996 model year vehicles, the resistor design type must be identified before ordering replacement parts. Refer to the illustration of Attachment II for additional information.

Resistor Identification:





Type A and type B resistors are not interchangeable.

^ 1995 and 1996 model year vehicles: order and install type A or type B resistor depending on which design type is presently installed in the vehicle

^ 1997 and newer vehicles require resistor type B.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
