Fuel Gauge: Service and Repair
REMOVAL
NOTE: The fuel gauge and low fuel level warning switch are calibrated to each other at the manufacturing facility and both must be replaced if either is damaged.
1. Remove instrument cluster.
2. Remove instrument cluster main lens from instrument cluster.
3. Remove instrument cluster mask and transmission range indicator from instrument cluster.
4. Carefully pull fuel gauge/temperature gauge assembly out of instrument cluster.
INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
