ISSUE

At cold ambient temperatures, the Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) system may freeze causing the engine to unseat the dipstick and vent crankcase gasses through the dipstick tube. This may result in oil being discharged on some vehicles.

ACTION

Install PCV Service Kit (refer to Parts Block for correct service application) per this TSB. Refer to the Instruction Sheet within the kit for Service Procedure.
