Clutch Surface

1. Use a fine grade sandpaper (400 grit) for polishing or if necessary, machine the flywheel surface to remove any defects.





2. After resurfacing, the flywheel must be within specification:
- the (1) surface runout must not exceed specification.
- the (2) surface finish must be within specification.
- the major diameter of any (3) dowel pin must be below the new flywheel surface.
- the (4) bolts must screw into the flywheel by hand to within specification of the new flywheel surface.
