Manual Locks

The manual door lock system consists of:
- RH door latch remote control assembly (inside door handle)
- LH door latch remote control assembly (inside door handle)
- RH front door outside handle latch rod
- LH front door outside handle latch rod
- door latch cable (from inside door handle to latch)
- RH front door latch
- LH front door latch
- RH rear door latch
- LH rear door latch
- RH front door push button rod
- LH front door push button rod
- RH front door key cylinder rod
- LH front door key cylinder rod
- RH door cable watershield
- LH door cable watershield
- RH door ajar switch
- LH door ajar switch
- RH rear door outside handle latch rod (from outside door handle)
- LH rear door outside handle latch rod (from outside door handle)
- RH rear door latch lever actuator rod (from latch)
- LH rear door latch lever actuator rod (from latch)
- RH rear door link rod (long rod)
- LH rear door link rod (long rod)
- RH rear door bellcrank
- LH rear door bellcrank
- RH rear door push button rod
- LH rear door push button rod
- RH door latch actuator (optional with power door locks)
- LH door latch actuator (optional with power door locks)

The doors can be opened by either:
- the inside door handle on the door trim panel.
- the outside door handle on the door.

The door handle is connected to the door latch by a door latch remote control (cable).

The front outside door handle is connected to the door latch by an outside handle latch rod, and when unlocked, can be opened by pulling on the outside door handle.

The rear outside door handle is connected to an outside handle latch rod which connects to a latch lever actuator rod at the latch.

The doors can be locked by:
- pushing down on the door latch push button knob.
- using the door lock cylinder key (front door only).

The front door can be unlocked by:
- pushing up on the door latch push button.
- pulling on the inside door handle.
- using the door lock cylinder key.

The rear door can only be unlocked by pulling up on the door latch push button knob.

The door latch closes over the door latch striker to keep the door closed. The door latch striker is adjustable.
