Flow of Diagnosis

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the sliding roof panel system. This may include a road test if a rattle or wind noise is involved.
2. Visually inspect the components of the sliding roof panel system.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Mechanical
^ Sliding roof panel height adjustment

Electrical
^ Fuse:
- SUNROOF (15 A)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connections

3. Check the wiring harness for obvious signs of shorts, opens, bad connections, or damage.
4. If the concern is not visually evident, determine the symptom and proceed to Symptom Chart. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
