Ordering Instructions for Additional certification Labels

The supplemental safety certification labels (Part Number 1U5A-19G318-BA) for this program are being sent directly to customers of the affected vehicles. Additional labels may be ordered by calling the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621. Inform the operator you are calling in regard to Special Field Action Program 00L03. Be prepared to provide your name, address, dealer P & A code, and how many labels you need.
