Thermostat Housing

Removal

1. Drain the cooling system.





2. Disconnect the thermostat housing coolant hoses.





3. Disconnect the engine coolant temperature sensor and the temperature gauge sender electrical connectors.





4. Disconnect the thermostat housing coolant hose.





5. Remove the thermostat housing.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the housing.





6. Remove and discard the O-ring seal.

Installation





1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2. Fill the cooling system.
