Vehicle Certification Label

The upper portion of the Vehicle Certification (VC) label contains the manufacturer name, the month and year of manufacture, the certification statement and the VIN. It also includes Gross Vehicle Weight Ratings (GVWR). The VC label is located on the left-hand front door jamb.

The radio type codes are:
^ F - AM/FM Electronic Stereo
^ B - Delete AM/FM Electronic Stereo (all other component installed)
^ H - AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Cassette
^ Q - Delete AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Cassette (all other components installed)
^ 6 - Premium AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Cassette
^ A - Delete Premium AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Cassette (all other components installed)
^ 5 - Premium AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Compact Disc and Cassette
^ L - Premium AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Cassette and Clock
^ C - Delete Premium AM/FM Electronic Stereo with Cassette and Clock (all other components installed)
^ T - Two-way Radio to Front Speaker Wiring (police)
