Front Seat Backrest

DISASSEMBLY







1. Detach the backrest cover from the underside of the backrest.
^ Detach the retaining strip







2. Detach the backrest from the backrest frame.
^ Cut the hog rings.







3. Remove the backrest back plate.
^ Cut the cable ties.

4. Remove the head restraint.







5. Remove the tip lever bezel from the tip lever.







6. Remove the head restraint guides.
^ Press the locking tangs.







7. Remove the backrest cover.
1 Roll the backrest cover up the backrest detaching the hook loop tape.
2 Cut the hog rings.







8. Disconnect the tip lever cables.
1 Disconnect the cable outer.
2 Disconnect the cable inner.







9. Remove the tip lever and cables.
^ Press the locking tangs.

10. Remove the lumbar motor.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
