ISSUE
Some 2003-2005 Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis vehicles equipped with single exhaust may exhibit an engine vibration at idle.
ACTION
First verify the condition. Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using WDS release B34.12 and higher or B35.2 and higher. Calibration files may also be obtained at the website. The new calibration will increase the idle speed from 544 to 600 RPM, and reduce the idle vibration.
NOTE
THIS NEW CALIBRATION IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE B35 CD.
