PINPOINT TEST KM: AIR CONDITIONING CLUTCH RELAY (A/CCR) CIRCUIT

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
^ A/CC relay
^ harness circuits: VPWR A/CCR A/CCS
^ powertrain control module (PCM) (12A650)
