Anti-Lock Control

Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS)
The ABS consists of these components:
^ Hydraulic control unit (HCU)
^ Anti-lock brake system (ABS) module
^ Front wheel speed sensor
^ Front wheel speed sensor ring (integral to the front axle halfshaft)
^ Rear wheel speed sensor
^ Rear wheel speed sensor ring (integral to the wheel bearing/hub assembly)
^ Yellow ABS warning indicator
^ Red brake warning indicator
^ Traction control switch (TCS) (PCM controlled)
