Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.
2. Remove the transaxle.

3. NOTE: One of the 8 flexplate holes is offset so the flexplate can only be installed in one position.

Remove the bolts and the flexplate.
^ To install, tighten to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).
4. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
