ENGINE OIL LEAK FROM DIPSTICK -
HEATED PCV SERVICE KIT - 3.0L

MERCURY:
2005-2006 Montego

ISSUE
Some 2005-2006 Five Hundred, Freestyle and Montego vehicles that are not equipped with an electric (heated) positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve, may exhibit engine oil leaking from engine dipstick tube in ambient temperatures below -20°F (-30°C).

ACTION
Remove original PCV valve and hose. Install Heated PCV Service Kit following the instruction sheet included in the kit.
