Removing And Installing Or Replacing Clutch
Special tools required:

Remove transmission. Service and Repair
Use special tool 11 2 150 and 11 8 320 to retain crankshaft pulley.
Slacken pressure plate bolts (1-6) equally.
Remove all retaining bolts.
Remove pressure plate and clutch disk.
Clean flywheel and check for wear and damage.
Replace flywheel if necessary.
Check clutch disk for damage and friction rust, replace if necessary.
Replace clutch disk if contaminated (oil, cleaning agent etc.).
Note: Clutch disk direction mark (1) on the gearbox side.
Check clutch disk for wear.
Measure lining protrusion on gearbox side.
Measure from rivet head (1).
The clutch disk must be replaced if the lining protrusion at the rivet head (1) is less than 1 mm.
Install clutch disk onto gearbox input shaft and check for easy movability.
Install pressure plate and clutch disk, using special tool 21 6 100.
Replace pressure plate retaining bolts and tighten retaining bolts gradually in sequence (1-6).
Clutch to flywheel
M7 20 Nm
Note: Fit new bolts.
Note: During the tightening process of the pressure plate, rotate special tool 21 6 100, this will help to centralize the clutch disk.
