Reverse gear difficult to engage

Repair Instruction
1. Check the sliding rails for soiling.
2. Remove the gear lever cover.
3. Check the ease of movement of the gear lever and deflection lever, paying particular attention to narrow points at carpet cutouts.

NOTE: A gearshift force into reverse gear of max. 100 N is permitted. Inform the customer that the reverse gear interlock should be overcome dynamically.
