52 13 036 Removing And Installing/Replacing Actuating Unit For Left Or Right Seat Back Release







Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Version with rear panel only:
Remove rear panel on front seat backrest







Version without rear panel only:
Raise release handle and release screw (1).
Tightening torque 52 13 05AZ. 00 00 Excerpt From Company Standard BMW GS 90003-2
Detach release handle.
Release screws (2).
Tightening torque 52 13 07AZ. 00 00 Excerpt From Company Standard BMW GS 90003-2







Remove actuating unit (1) from backrest frame.







Disengage Bowden cable (1) from actuating unit.
