Fuel Filter: Locations

EGR VACUUM SOURCE

EGR Vacuum Port Location:

The EGR vacuum source is located on the throttle body.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

MPI Control unit Location:

The electronic control unit (ECU) is located in the RH side panel behind the front seat passenger door.

FUEL FILTER (IN-LINE)

Fuel Filter Removal Point, Fuel Line End:

The In-line fuel filter is located mounted to the inside of the LH frame box, at approx. the front axle line.

FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR

Fuel Pressure Regulator And Vacuum Control Hose Location:

The Fuel pressure regulator is mounted on the fuel rail.

FUEL PUMP

Fuel Tank And Components:

The fuel pump is located inside the fuel tank mounted on the top center of the fuel tank.

FUEL PUMP HARNESS CONNECTOR

Fuel Pump Connector Location:

The fuel pump harness connector is located on the forward end of the fuel tank.

FUEL PUMP DRIVE TERMINAL

Fuel Pump Drive Terminal Location:

The fuel pump drive terminal (shown hooked-up) is located in the battery compartment on the outboard side.

FUEL RAIL

Fuel Rail Insulators:

The fuel rail is mounted to the intake manifold.

INJECTORS

Injector Locations:

The injectors are mounted between the fuel rail and the intake manifold.

OVERFILL LIMITER (TWO-WAY VALVE)

Overfill Limiter (Two-way Valve) Location:

The overfill limiter is mounted in-line, in the vapor line, on top of the fuel tank next to the fuel pump mount.

PURGE HOSE VACUUM SOURCE

Purge Control Vacuum Port Location:

The Purge hose vacuum source is located on the throttle body.

ROLLOVER (FUEL CHECK) VALVE
The rollover valve is mounted next to the vapor canister.

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR

Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) Location:

The throttle position sensor is mounted on the throttle body.
