Turn Signal Switch: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove dash panel lower cover.
3. Remove steering wheel as outlined under Steering Wheel.
4. On models equipped with tilt steering, set the tilt position of the steering shaft to the lowest position.
5. Remove column upper and lower covers.
6. Disconnect column switch electrical connectors, then remove the cable band.
7. Remove column switch attaching screws, then the column switch from steering shaft.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
