Fuel Filter: Service and Repair

FUEL FILTER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

CAUTION: Cover the high-pressure hose connection with shop towels to prevent splashing of fuel that could be caused by some residual pressure in the fuel pipe line.

Hold the fuel filter with a wrench and use an eye wrench to remove the eye bolt which is securing the high-pressure fuel hose joint assembly.
