Inspection Procedure 7

DIAGNOSIS

STEP 1. Check the drive pinion turning torque.
If faulty, adjust the turning torque. Then go to Step 3.
If normal, go to Step 2.

STEP 2. Check the gear for damage.
If damaged, replace the gear. Then go to Step 3.

STEP 3. Check symptoms.
Check that no noise is generated.
