Carburetor Feedback Testing

1. Connect a tachometer to the engine.

2. Start the engine and warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.

3. Insert the exhaust analyzer probe into the tailpipe.

4. Run engine at 2500 RPM.

5. Check CO at tail pipe and note reading at 2500 RPM.

6. If CO is greater than 2% at 2500 RPM, replace the Jet Mixture Solenoid Valve.
